Privacy Policy for Cashli Last Updated: 17/9/2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Cashli (“we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application.
Personal Information: When you register, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and password.
Location Data: We request GPS location access to verify your proximity to a shop when you check in to earn cashback. We calculate the distance between your device and the shop to prevent fraud.
Camera and Photos: We request access to your device’s camera or photo library so you can capture and upload photos of your receipt/invoice for cashback verification.
Financial Information: We track your in-app wallet balance, cashback earned, and transaction history. If you request a withdrawal, we collect account details for your chosen payout method (FastPay, FIB, or Qi Card).
Device and Usage Data: We collect FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) tokens to send you push notifications about invoice approvals and offers. We also use Firebase Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring to track app stability and crashes.
Create and manage your user account.
Verify your location for valid restaurant check-ins.
Review receipt photos to calculate and credit cashback to your wallet.
Process your withdrawal requests to your local payment provider.
Communicate with you regarding account status, approved bills, and promotional offers.
Third-Party Services We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. The primary service provider we use is Google Firebase (including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Crashlytics, and Analytics) for secure data storage, authentication, and app monitoring.
Data Deletion and Retention You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data.
How to delete your account: You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the Cashli app by navigating to the Profile/Settings screen and selecting “Delete Account”.
What happens when you delete: Initiating this process will permanently and irreversibly scrub your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from our active database, delete your uploaded receipt images, and disable your authentication account.
Data retention: Please note that for legal audit and fraud prevention purposes, anonymized financial history (such as transaction records) will be retained.
